What This Policy Covers
It covers the pages served from candy-ailove.com and nothing else. This is an independent review site about the Candy AI platform, run separately from it, so what the platform itself records when you open an account there is governed by its own policy, not by this one. Nothing you type into that service passes through this domain.
Nothing We Ask You For
There is no sign-up, no login, no newsletter, no comment box and no contact form anywhere on this site, which you can confirm on the contact page. No name, email address, phone number, payment detail or preference is requested from a reader, so none is stored. The pages are static documents: you read them and leave no record behind.
Server Logs
Serving a page requires a request, and the hosting infrastructure that delivers these files keeps short technical records of those requests: the IP address that asked, the time, the page, and the browser and operating system it reported. These exist for delivery, security and abuse prevention, they are kept only as long as that needs, and they are never combined with anything else to build a profile of a visitor.
Cookies And Local Storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. It writes nothing to local storage or session storage, and it runs no fingerprinting. Your browser will cache stylesheets and images so pages load faster on a second visit, which is ordinary browser behaviour you can clear at any time from your own settings. There are no cookie banners here because there is nothing to consent to.
Third Parties On The Page
Every asset a page loads comes from this domain: the stylesheet, the icons, the images and the manifest. No external font service, no icon network, no advertising tag and no analytics product is embedded, so no third party sees your visit simply because you opened a page here.
When You Leave This Site
Pages such as the pricing page and the character library link to a service on another domain. Once you follow a link out, you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy and their cookie practices, and this policy no longer applies. Read theirs before creating an account or paying.
Email You Choose To Send
If you write to contact@candy-ailove.com, your message and address sit in a mailbox for as long as it takes to answer and to keep a record of a correction. They are used for the reply only, never added to a mailing list and never passed to anyone else.
Your Rights
Under rules such as the GDPR and the CCPA you may ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. In practice the only thing that can exist here is an email you sent, and a request to erase it will be carried out. Write to contact@candy-ailove.com and say what you want done.
Adult Content Notice
This site discusses an adult service and is intended for people over the age of majority where they live. It is not directed at children and no information is knowingly collected from them. If a device is shared with minors, use the parental controls your browser or operating system provides.
